Haroon Chowdry is a Consultant with expertise in data, research and analysis with a particular focus on social disadvantage and inequalities in health and wellbeing. He is presently Director of Evidence & Insights at GambleAware, where he oversees the organisation's research and evaluation. Prior to this, Haroon was Director of Evidence at the Children's Commissioner's Office, where he led its data function to build the evidence base on vulnerable children and families. He also worked at the Early Intervention Foundation (now Foundations), where he developed approaches for assessing the costs and benefits of early intervention, as well as the costs of late intervention.
