Scarlett is Executive Assistant at the Centre for Young Lives. Previously, she worked as a teaching assistant, supporting students with autism and additional needs. Prior to this, she worked in research, operations and projects at a political strategy consulting firm – specialising in European elections. Scarlett holds a degree in English Literature and Politics from the University of York.
