Kelly is co-founder of the Centre for Young Lives and is the Centre’s Director of Operations. Working with the Commission on Young Lives as Business and Programme manager and previously at the Office of the Children’s Commissioner, Kelly brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning and project management and credible history of building and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
