Julika leads on Impact on Urban Health’s investments in nurturing environments for children’s mental health, specifically in primary school and community settings. She has over 20 years’ experience of setting strategies, managing programmes, and delivering government contracts focused on children and young people, as well as the broader social justice sectors in Germany, South Africa and the UK. She has an MSc in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies. As a mum of three young children, she is also a parent governor of a primary school in Hackney, founder of a community parklet and passionate advocate for family-friendly and community-led change.
