Independent advisor for social policy, author of the Review into Culture and Standards at the Metropolitan Police, presenter of ‘Fixing Britain with Louise Casey' for BBC R4 and former senior civil servant.

The Baroness Casey of Blackstock became a Crossbench peer in the House of Lords in October 2021. She is an independent advisor on social welfare, crime, inclusion and diversity and a range of other topical issues.

Baroness Casey is heavily involved in a number of charities including as a trustee of The Prince of Wales Charitable Fund, and is also a Visiting Professor at King’s College London.
